Terms and conditions
1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Concern Worldwide, 52-55 Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin's, Dublin, D02 H425. Place of registration Dublin, Ireland. Registered Company Number: 39647 Registered Revenue Number: CHY 5745 Registered Charity Number: 20009090. (hereafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
2. Raffle Terms & Conditions
The Promoter is running this Raffle in accordance with Section 26 A of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 – 2019.
By entering this Raffle all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions Any entries not complying with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The terms and conditions herein are governed by Irish Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. Raffle Period
The Raffle will run from 18th July 2024 until either (i) the number of tickets purchased reaches 1,500; or (ii) 5pm on 24th July 2024 (Closing Date) inclusive, whichever occurs first. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be permitted or considered.
3.2. To Enter
- Purchase an online raffle ticket at the price of €5 per ticket from the Promoter at https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/Win2xAllIrelandFootballFinalTickets2024
To enter the raffle, participants must provide their first name, surname and a valid email address through the official entry form at: https://www.idonate.ie/raffle/Win2xAllIrelandFootballFinalTickets2024
Multiple entries from the same individual will be permitted.
3.3. Funding Allocation
All income generated by this raffle will be to Concern Worldwide’s programmes, income will go wherever the need is greatest.
3.4. Eligibility
- The draw is open to all persons aged 18 or over as at the date of the draw.
- The Raffle is subject to all applicable, state, and local laws and regulations in the Republic of Ireland.
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry (and award the prize to an alternative winner) if it has grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to an entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection
4. The Prize
4.1. 2 x Cusack Stand All Ireland Football Final Tickets between Armagh and Galway on Sunday the 28th of July 2024 at Croke Park.
One winner will win both tickets.
A maximum of 1,500 tickets will be sold.
4.2. Prize Limitations
The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above. No alternative prize will be offered. The prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to winner for any dissatisfaction with the prize.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Criteria for Inclusion in Raffle Draw
- Only valid entries with the required information to identify and contact the winner will be entered for the draw.
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within 1 day of the Closing Date.
5.2. Notification of Winners
The winners will be notified within 1 working day of the Closing Date by email. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time the winner notification is sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
The winners will be required to collect their prize from the Concern Office, Dublin 2 on 25th /26th July between working hours 9-5pm.
Winners will be required to provide proof of identity when collecting their prize.
5.3. Promotion of Winners
By entering this Raffle the winner agrees to take part in reasonable post raffle publicity by publishing winners’ names on the Concern website, Concern’s idonate raffle page and social media platforms.
6. Use of Information
The Promoter respects, and is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of contacting the winners. The winners’ names will be announced on the Concern idonate page and social media accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability (under contract, or otherwise under law) for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
8. Changes and Termination
Concern reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without notice.
