Pakistan - One Year On

Concern built on this work by developing long-term programmes, initially in Balochistan and Punjab, and then in the province of Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa (KPK) following the 2005 earthquake.

Concern provided support to people affected by 2010 floods in every province in Pakistan, as well as those displaced by the conflict in KPK. Through its emergency and early recovery activities following the floods, Concern reached a total of 2,348,245 people.

This publication outlines Concern's response to the floods in Pakistan in July 2010 one year after the disaster.

This publication covers aid activities implemented with the financial assistance of several donors, including DEC, UK Aid, Irish Aid, EU, CBHA. The Scottish Government, USAID, UNHCR and Welthungerhilfe.
