This study documents the nature and status of urban Pavement Dwellers, their number, sex, the status of inclusion-exclusion and access to services and of existing policy practices from a right based perspective.
This publication covers aid activities implemented with the financial assistance of several donors, including UK Aid and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
